Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) also known as Ubiquinone
is an essential component of the energy-producing unit of every cell of the body
CoQ10 is a totally natural substance found in every cell of the human body, especially in the heart.
The liver produces ubiquinone naturally. CoQ10 is also found in foods such as fresh fruit and
vegetables, which have low levels, whilst raw meat or undercooked meat has potentially high levels.
